A highly decorative late 19th century dark Green Japanned Chest of Drawers, having hand painted decoration to the top. fronts and sides, showing village scenes with figures, birds and foliage, retaining the original handles and escutcheons. The chest with 2 short and three full length drawers, raised on a moulded plinth base, An exceptionally pretty chest of drawers which is both strong and practical for everyday use.
