Covent Garden Obligation Bond 1671
Description
Covent Garden Obligation Bond dated 1671 in the Reign of Charles II, between William Pearse of Kings House, in the Parish of Southtown, bound to William Wintershall of St. Pauls, Covent Garden, Cornhill. The Obligation refers to a William Pearse & Andrew Pearse on the one part, to observe the conditions of a pair of Indentures with William Wintershall, on the second.Hand written in Latin and Eglish onto laid watermarked paper with the Wax Seal of William Pearse.
