In the Reign of George I, Handwritten onto Watermarked Laid Paper Obligation Bond dated 1715, between a Jonathan Osborn and Dorothy Osborne of Donington le Heath, Leicester, Widow,on the one part and a William Osborne on the second part.
Jonathan Osborne is to observe the obligations, conditions, payments, promises of an Indenture.
Has 3 Embossed Duty Stamps VI pence each plus a franked Paper Tax Duty Stamp of Ten Pence. Very nice wax Seal of Jonathan Osborn.
