David Hockney Oringial Poster 'Towards Art' 1962. The Original Poster Commissioned for the Exhibitiion at The Royal College of Art, showing the Contributions which the College had made to the Fine Arts from 1952-62.
The Poster was Printed 'Offset Lithography' at The Royal College of Art.

Also (as167a554) - The Catalogue for this Exhibition and (as167a555) Invitation to the Exhibition.

The Poster was Illustrated by David Hockney OM CH RA, whilst in his final year at the College. He was awarded The Royal College of Art's Gold Metal at Convocation.
The Poster's Typography was by John Hall ARCA whilst in his second year at the Royal College.
