The Drawing is by A E Chalon(1780-1860),who was the Portrait Painter to Queen Victoria and Designer of the Queen Victoria Chalon Head Stamps. The Engraving is by Charles Heath (1785 -1848), who was the Engraver of the Great Britain Penny Black Postage Stamp
