George III Vellum Indenture dated November 1770, between Henry Hothergill of Bedford Row and John Qucanley of the Inner Temple, London. Both leased for 6 months at the cost of Five Shillings, Dwellings, Cottages, Outhouses, Gardens, plus Pasture ground of 2 Acres, 2 Roods and 5 Perches from the Estate of the late George Cooke.
Very fine penned Capital Letter Head of George III, plus Royal Coats-of-Arms. Has two Seals and a Blue One Shilling and Six Pence Duty Stamp. Plus black and white George III Cypher Duty Stamp on reverse.
