Royal Wedding Mementos 1863

Description
Prince Edward (Prince of Wales) and Princess Alexandra of Denmark, Wedding Memento Card. The Prince & Princess married on the 19th of March 1863, at Windsor Castle. Edward was 21 and Alexandra was 18. The Card have photograph cameo's of Edward and Alexandra. The Paper-Lace card was produced by the Printer and Embosser, J.T. Wood. The Card has letterpress verse, printed onto a Purple background. (We have had the pale blue and pink versions of these memento cards). These cards are very rare and came from the same souce.DateMid Victorian :
