Victorian Indenture dated 1893 relating to the Hickman Charity in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The Trustees The Rev.William Hickman, Thomas Horwood and The Rev.Harry Bingham McNair Lease to Robert Scott (Grocer) a Shop Premises and Dwelling in the Market Square of Aylesbury for an annual rent of £32.00.Indenture has a nice Embossed Five shillings Duty Stamp, 3 seals and a Watermark running through the centre fold of the paper. Has 4 papges.
