Superb lamp by French masters Atelier Le Tallac known for their fine paintings of fine Limoges. Elegant floral design with gold leaf painted garlands and beautiful swan neck handles. Bottom is hand inscribed by one of the masters. Le Tallec Company Paris was later purchased by Tiffany 'n' Co.Height to the bulb 16.5"
