Pineapple Tea Caddy.Pineapple treen tea caddy in very fine condition.
It has a lovely colour and nice patina, a well-shaped hand carved caddy with no major damage.
A very good-sized caddy and still very usable or just for display.
Beautiful hand carved stork handle to the lid in green.
Stop hinged lid and escutcheon to front. Worn foil to insides.
Working lock and one key. Lid closes well.
Very tactile item.
Most of these fruit caddies are continental made.
Looks Victorian 1850-1880.
A wonderful piece of treen and would be ideal for a collection. Could be used for many other things.
A piece that has stood the test of time and will be treasured in a collection.

Items posted - Buyers have 14 days from receipt of an item to return it for refund, you must contact me within the 14 day period. A refund for the cost of the item will only be offered if the item is returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return postage costs which will not be reimbursed by the seller.
