Description

This is a beautiful, very stylish French Duchess Brisee in the Louis XV style dating from the mid 19th century, circa 1860. The chair and stool are both in solid carved walnut with elegant detail and styling and both are recently upholstered in this delightful fabric with heron design that suits the piece perfectly. This is a great statement piece for a room and is very comfortable as a chair or chaise. It would look equally at home in an elegant sitting room or a larger bedroom.

The chair measures 88 cms high 74 cms wide by 54 cms deep.

The stool is 72 cms by 70 cms by 39 cms high.
