A great early nineteenth century brass bound campaign box made from a very hefty piece of solid Mahogany. This top-notch example box is beautifully brass bound and has a flush inlaid brass military style handle to the top.

The box is beautifully bound with straps running from back to front and strappings running around the curved corners.

Once opened, the box reveals a professionally re-lined box in burgundy velvet, clean, fresh and ready for many years of use by either a discerning lady or gentleman.

Excellent condition and a good size, measuring 11" x 7 3/4" x 4 1/2" tall.
