Early 19th century Wing Armchair. The mahogany frame has been completely re-upholstered, the lovely subtle curves of the wings and the top rails accentuated with contrast piping. The drop in seat is feather filled. The front legs are reeded and chamfered, as is typical for this period. This is a sturdy and comfortable antique armchair.
