Set of 4 mid 18th century side chairs in solid walnut. Of pegged construction, the tall raked back is united by simple cross stretchers. The seat is embellished by a wavy edge carved into the solid wood.Below are bobbin turned front legs. Stretchers on all 4 sides makes the chairs very stable.
