Handsome, super quality, and generously proportioned 17th Century style distressed oak (also commonly known as ‘Ipswich’ oak after the area where a great deal of this type of furniture was made) coffee table, raised on ring turned supports united by a plank under-tier.

Condition and Details of Restoration
This item is in original condition, and is structurally completely sound. The polish has been revived by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. It was ‘distressed’ when made, i.e. marks and scratches were deliberately added to mimic the appearance of the 17th century furniture it aspires to emulate.
