Stunning Pair of German Porcelain Antique Tobacco Jars
Thought to be by Conta and Boehme
These are large jars.
Condition wise very good, the ladies tea cup has been glued barely visible, otherwise both seem perfect.
Slightest of age related wear.
There faces are lovely, the gentleman is in his smoking jacket and hat, while his wife is taking a cup of tea.
Height 10ins by width 5ins each jar.
They take in half for storage of tobacco.
Just lovely on display.
Vivid colourful painted faces and clothing.
First pair of these i have ever seen , rare and collectable.
