Absolutely Stunning this is a gorgeous vintage powder compact of the highest order - Iconically Art Deco this beautiful original 1930's Powder Compact, fully enamelled in a wonderful baby blue guilloche enamel, to the top and fully engine turned to the base. Measuring c. 3.3/4" inch diameter, it is a substantial, most attractive piece - fully hallmarked for respected silversmith Charles S Green of Birmingham- This is a top quality piece in the finest of condition, beautifully designed- all clasps and hinges perfect, opening to reveal a nice clear mirror, a fitted sifter and soft down puff - a pouchette is also present- just lovely!!. These fine enamel pieces are becoming impossible to find in this sort of exquisite condition - sure to delight the most discerning of collectors!.
