This is a rare, exquisite piece in exceptional condition. patent 1926, It is a quality silver/white metal case, with an Art Nouveau femme profile to the lid, with beautiful motif framing of two peacocks in a Niello effect. A vacant cartouche to the top. Signed Fitch the base being beautifully engine turned in a guilloche pattern. All clasps and hinges are perfect, opening to reveal an oval shaped framed mirror, two empty wells and a lipstick holder to the centre. Featured in Laura Mueller's book (page 80), it has its original tassle attached. A very special piece that will delight the most discerning of collectors - don't miss this one!.FREE UK POSTAGE
