Description
An early 19th century Papier Mache Snuff Box,the hinged Lid with image of a beautiful young Girl in Period Dress. She has long Black Hair which has been plaited and hangs over Her shoulder.The lacquer work on Portrait was crystallised but has been professionally improved. c.1800. 8cms x 5.2cms x 2cmsI am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antiques Emporium,Lewes,E.Sussex and also The Arcade, The Corn Exchange,The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells..If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in either Shop.
