Description

A limited edition English sterling silver plate produced by The Franklin Mint and created by James Wyeth. This plate from his original work entitled Brandywine Battlefield.
Brandywine Battlefield Historic Site is a national historical landmark and is located in southeastern Pennsylvania, United States of America, near Philadelphia.
The plate is sterling silver and is hallmarked with the sponsor's mark "JP" for John Pinches, alongside the .925 Sterling Silver mark, the London town import mark and date letter B for 1976.
The plate is complete with the original fitted case/box and outer cardboard box.
It is accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) confirming that the plate is registered and in a limited edition.
The plate measures approximately 8" inches (205mm) in diameter. The weight is 177.7g/6.27oz/5.71ozt.
The plate is in excellent condition having been stored in a collection since new.
