Description

Brass French Infantry Officers sword. Has a pierced gilt brass bow hilt and pommel and a ribbed horn grip. Slightly curved, fullered blade engraved with place and date of manufacture. Also has a makers stamp to the underneath of guard. Note there is no scabbard or grip wire with this item. In general sound condition and with a lot of its original finish.

Approximately 91.5cm overall and blade 76.5cm.
