Offered for sale is this good set of eight early 20th century solid oak dining chairs consisting of six single and two carver chairs. The chairs have a carved back rail with shaped vertical slats above newly reupholstered drop-in seats covered in a gold John Lewis fabric on turned supports with bun feet. The chairs have a makers plate attached to the underside - a sure sign of quality. The chairs are in superb showroom condition having been cleaned, revived, waxed and upholstered with no breaks and all joints firm.
