Offered for sale is this good set of six mahogany Chippendale style dining chairs dating to the early part of the twentieth century - c 1920 The six single chairs have a carved yoke shaped back rail with a pirced and carved centre splat over drop -in seats on cabriole supports with carved shoulders and ball & claw feet. The chairs are in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm, the woodwork cleaned, revived and waxed and the seats recently reupholstered. They are covered in a gold lattice fabric (John Lewis).
