Rosewood specimen / collectors chest with pierced brass galleried back containing 14 drawers, 12 small and 2 large, all full of various butterflies, moths, beetles, bugs etc.
The cabinet has normal marks / scuffs commensurate with age, some of the drawer covers have a crack but nothing to detract from the piece or its use, the specimens themselves are largely in great condition, some have the odd bit of damage as you would expect but overall, this really is an extremely interesting piece.
