A fine longcase clock by William Copper of Derby (1726-1802) This good clock by a good maker is quite typical of clocks made in Derby at this time .The all Oak case is a very nice golden oak colour with nice patination .The architectural pediment to the hood is an attractive feature .It is not a large clock but quite slim with long trunk door and very attractive to the eye .
