A late 19th to early 20th century miniature suit of armour. The armour is made from tin plate and has most of the detail a full size set would have. The visor lifts up on the front of the helmet and the sword and lance are removeable. The suit of armour is mounted on a turned wood ebonised plinth. The armour is in a fairly good condition with the odd scuff mark to the metal surface and wooden plinth. The point of the lance has been bent and then straightened in the past. The armour has a small bracket on the left shoulder where something must have slotted in. An ideal Christmas gift for someone who likes things out of the ordinary.
