A really lovely example of a late Victorian/early 20th century bentwood hat and coat stand. The top section, with its four coat hooks and four bentwood scrolls for hats, is surmounted by a turned beehive finial. The triple cluster columned upright is supported by three downswept legs with a retaining ring for sticks and umbrellas. This fine hallstand has its original finish with a fine colour and patination. English, c.1890 – c.1910.

Offered for sale is this superb late Victorian / Edwardian inlaid mahogany etagere complete with original glass bottomed tray. The etagere is extensively line inlaid with boxwood and satinwood cross banding along with marquetry panels. The mahogany is a fine figured plum pudding graining that has matured to a good mellow colour.It is in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed. A mid 19th century Victorian mahogany Butler's tray and stand. The tray has four shaped hand grips and sits on a folding stand. The stand is made of turned mahogany with shaped feet and with three cloth straps that are held in place with brass studs. The stand can fold flat when not in use and the tray can be used separately. The tray is in original condition with some wear to the corners and small dents from use. The stand is in good condition though the strapping is worn but still functioning. A late 19th century Victorian oak wall hanging coat and hat rack. The oak frame has a reeded decoration to the wood and a carved circular boss in the centre out of which comes one of the brass hooks. The rack has a total of eight hook, four larger hook to the top section and a row of four smaller hooks along the bottom edge. The rack has a good original colour to the oak and all the hooks are in good condition, though one of the smaller hooks is different but of the same period.
