This little beauty is an original one off, mounted onto a real piston found on this example of aircraft. This model was especially made during the war by an aircraft engineer, to raise money towards the next Spitfire to take to the skies! This was a very common method of raising funds for the war effort. Made from aircraft aluminium, this is a totally original piece.
