This lovely sideboard dates from around the 1930s, but is older in style. It is constructed from solid oak. The sideboard has a removable panelled back rail with carved decoration. Beneath the top are three central drawers, flanked on either side by a single door cupboard, each with a fixed wooden shelf inisde. The sideboard has panelled sides and doors and the doors have attractive carved decoration. It is supported on six bulbous legs with stetchers in between. The doors and drawers retain their locks, but please note that no keys are present.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in usuable condition but does have some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. There is a wood shrinkage split to the top. The cupboard on the left-hand side is missing its handle, the central drawer is missing its escutcheon, and as is mentioned above there are no keys presents. There are some areas of knocking and scuffing to the woodwork around the edges, and the top is scratched.
