Victorian Walnut Adjustable Piano Music Stool
Antique Victorian carved walnut adjustable piano music stool, which would be just as at home with a dressing table.
Quality, decorative and attractive, with no loose joints or wobbles.
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
The seat has old needlepoint upholstery (wear and marks).
Overall maximum dimensions
seat diameter 33cm x base diameter 53cm x 48 - 55cmH seat.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historical repairs, as is the norm, but all is solid now. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the upholstery. There is some play in the height adjustment screw, as is always the way, leading to some movement in the seat at higher elevations. There are some historic woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure.
