A good quality Victorian spoon-back salon armchair.
C.1880.
Having a carved walnut frame, with out-swept scrolling arms, turned supports, terminating on the original porcelain castors.
The outstanding feature of this late 19th century armchair is the original tan leather. The patination and character is delightful, rich, warm and perfectly naturally age distressed.
The frame is solid, sturdy and strong.
The dimensions are taken at widest points.
Height-98.5cm. Seat Height Approx-38cm.
Width-65cm.
Depth-67cm.
