Victorian Two Seat Solid Pine Church Pew
An attractive antique solid pine church pew. We date this pew to the late 19th century.
The pew has a panelled backrest with shapely ends, the rear of the pew has a hymn book shelf.
There is a loose seat pad upholstered in a duck egg blue printed fabric with ducks.
The pew has a height of 39" (99cm), with an overall width of 42" (107cm), a backrest height of 17" (43cm), a seat height of 19" (49cm), a seat width of 38" (96cm) and a seat depth of 11" (28cm).
This attractive antique church pew remains in very good solid condition, with minor surface marking commensurate with age and usage. The pew has some minor marks and indents and a few minor age splits to the side joins.
This remains a very stylish and elegant antique pew which could also function as a smart hall bench etc. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
