Victorian Mahogany Spoon Back Nursing Chair c1880
Antique Victorian Mahogany Spoon Back Nursing Chair and dating from around 1880. It has a quality mahogany carved frame to the spoon back ending with scrolled side supports and with a deeply buttoned back and stuff over seat it stands on carved cabriole legs on castors. The chair has its original horsehair upholstery and is covered in a damask material in very good condition.
measures 37" high x seat height 15.5" x 26" deep x 22" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
