Victorian Mahogany Leather Top Pedestal Desk
A beautiful antique Victorian period mahogany leather top pedestal desk. This was made in England & dates from around 1880-1890’s period.
It is a lovely size, quite petite yet with a generous work space on the top. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and patina, the tooled green leather top is of beautiful quality and also has a gorgeous patina. There are high quality brass handles and this sits on nicely shaped ogee bracket feet. The back is beautifully polished so this can be used as a free standing item.
We have recently had this re-polished to a high standard, the condition is excellent for its age. the top lifts off and this breaks down into three pieces for ease of transport.

Depth – 25 inches , 64 cm
Height – 30 inches , 77 cm
Knee height – 24 inches , 62 cm
