Outstanding mahogany cylinder top writing desk from the fantastic Victorian age, in great original untouched condition.
There are three graduated drawers in each pedestal, all run smooth with hand cut dove tail joints and retain original well turned button handles. The full size cylinder slides smoothly back to reveal a birds eye maple interior consisting of drawers and pigeon holes. The leather writing surface does show signs of wear however these imperfections only add to the character and charm of this superb piece of history. This fabulous desk separates into 3 sections, which allows for easy movement in and around your home/ office. A handsome desk with wonderful patina and great colouring that will be an impressive addition to any home or office.
