A lovely Victorian leather cock fighting/desk chair with horse shoe back rest sweeping around and extending forward, terminating in carved Mahogany scroll ends. The back rest is upheld by a central splat also two angled carved mahogany supports, which continue to form the rear splayed legs which retain their original brass and porcelain castors. Front legs are turned mahogany and again retain their original brass and porcelain castors.
The chair is structurally sound, all joints are solid and the seat is nicely sprung and very comfortable. All measurements are done to the widest point .
