A magnificent classic piece of English oak antique furniture. This beautiful late Victorian carved oak hall stand features griffins, birds and masks. The piece dates from circa 1890, and features a large oval mirror to centre. The mirror has a small amount of foxing which is common of pieces of this age. The mirror can easily be replaced. This stand still retains all of its original coat and hat hooks. It has a small glove door to centre, and the original drip trays for umbrellas and sticks. The stand is in good condition for its age, and is a good sturdy piece of oak antique furniture for any period property.
