Victorian English Sterling Silver Basket - 1899
About as elegant as one will find, this superb basket is the perfect piece for sugar but more often than not, is used for flowers, serving chocolates, nuts and other treats.
The silver is fully hallmarked for London 1899, a true Victorian example, together with the makers initials for George Jackson & David Fullerton.
The emerald green liner is original and undamaged. A fabulous and highly decorative example in superb undamaged condition. The rim diameter measures 3" and stands 31/2" tall or 6" tall to top of handle while upright.
