-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-
A superb quality Victorian solid oak stick and umbrella hall stand.
c.1890.
This profusely carved stand has an elaborately carved up-stand, over a very useful drawer, the drawer front has a charming carved green-man / mask pull-handle.
Below is a lunette carved freize, with baluster front supports, having a platform base incorporating the two original drip-trays.
The oak is a lovely rich medium oak colour, with a beautiful aged patina.
The overall condition is excellent antique, original condition. Expected minor signs of age and use,
Very solid sturdy and strong.
Height to top of up-stand-108.5cm. Height of top of stick stand-80cm.
