Victorian Carved Oak Hall Chair

Circa 1870, very stylish carved oak hall chair. The solid back with a carved flower head, and open pierced section almost Gothic revival in style. The solid seat has canted corners and a chamfered edge over a simple apron. The back legs are slightly splayed and the front legs are turned, fluted and tapering.
Size 98cm high x 46cm wide x 51cm deep.
