Circa 1860 with restorations. Mid Victorian burr walnut partners desk. The top with figured walnut banding with a red gilt-tooled real hide writing surface. The front with three frieze drawers with fine turned knobs, supported on banks of four graduated drawers over enclosed plinth bases. The reverse with three frieze drawers over two shelved cupboards.
