Circa 1880s/90s.
Approximate dimensions: length to T-Bar 22cm plus 7.5cm for the tassel, weight 27.6 grams.
The top chain does not move. It is fixed at the centre piece. The other chains can move through the centre piece.
There are no silver marks.
