Victorian 1845 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword
Victorian 1845 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword. Retailed by Maynard and Harris, 126 Leadenhall St., London.
Fold down guard. Centre of Percussion marked on the spine.
Proof disc features a 6 pointed star formed of thick wavy rays, surrounded by PROVED. This is usually attributed to Thurkle blades.
Maynard and Harris became Maynard, Harris & Grice in 1860. Fold down guards fell out of fashion in the 1860s, which would place this sword around that date.

Receiving a Parcel
1. Never allow the carrier to deliver the package in your absence or to a third party

3. In case of problems, keep the packaging and take pictures of it, as well as the item.
4. Contact me no later than 3 days from receipt of the item.
These steps must be followed in order for the shipping insurance to be valid. Please make sure you contact me as soon as possible in case of any problems.
