Unusual Victorian Five Leg Mahogany Tub Chair
An unusual late Victorian mahogany five legged tub chair.
The chair is of a high quality with pierced splats finely carved with foliate decoration, a beautifully carved top rail and carved arm supports. The seat has a buttoned upholstery, which looks to have been re-stuffed in recent years.
The chair has some light wear commensurate with age but remains in a very good attractive condition overall.
A scarce and striking piece.
