Unusual shape mid 19th century French painted and gilded stand. Great shape with lovely mouldings and carvings all in wood. The decoration is all original. Retains its original castors to the base.

I'm not sure what this was originally made for but it would look great now with a large vase or bronze on it.

When it is turned upside down you can easily see it is of very good quality and was very well made.
