This superb antique canterbury dates from c.1820 and is constructed from mostly solid rosewood. It has four dividers (three sections) with turned supports in between and a drawer beneath. The canterbury is supported on turned rosewood legs terminating in original brass castors. The piece has a lovely grain of rosewood.

Condition Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. The brass castors have some tarnishing.
