Superb Chester Silver Art Deco Pierced Table Piece
A fabulous Art Deco CHESTER 1938 Heavy Solid Silver Pierced Table Basket. One of the nicest pieces of its type we have seen!
Produced in the height of the Art Deco era by renowned Silversmiths "S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd" with full large Chester Assay hallmarks on base for 1938.
Stunning pierced design, exuding Deco style and
elegance!
This is a substantial piece, approx 205 mm diameter in heavy gauge silver weighing ~ 256gms (~9 ozs).
No damage or dings. Light surface scratching to bottom of bowl commensurate with age and use.
