A very good quality, 14 CT Gold Plated Waltham Riverside Pocket Watch in immaculate condition and in good working order.
The Gold Plated, English made watch case is in excellent condition, showing little signs of wear. Inside the rear cover is the case model name "Sun" and the maker's name "Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd". The inner cuvette stamped "English Make, Guaranteed to be made of two plates of 14CT Gold......and to wear 25 years". A very good quality Watch Case. The case has engraved initials (see photo).
This watch has the superb Waltham Riverside movement. A very good quality, high grade, 19 Jewel, Waltham movement is in excellent condition and working order. It is signed "A.W.W. Co, Waltham Mass". The serial number 13, 406733 dating the watch to c1904. It has a nice damaskeened finish and a micro-metric regulator, all signs of good quality. The watch is in excellent working order. The movement is stem wind and set.
The white enamel dial is in excellent condition. It has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock.
