Stunning Victorian Gothic Carved Oak Throne Chair

This is a superb very large arm chair, the back has barley twist turned columns and a carved top rail with a coronet flanked by cherubs on each side
The chair is very comfortable, possibly because the back rest slopes backwards
The Upholstery on the chair is a fine chenille in an armorial pattern, this is in generally good condition with a very little wear on the arm rests
The chair is in very good condition, the wood carvings have a very good patina

The chair back is 47” high, the front is 26” wide, 32” deep and the seat is 19” high
