Stunning Quality French Super King Size Bed
This stunning french walnut bed is offered in very good condition.
The bed has amazing carving to the panels, frame and pediment.
The bed has what appears to be swags of peonies carved with floral detailing, intricate ribbons to the framework.
There is a carved torch and quiver to the top of the headboard with an ornate carved moulded frame and a large ribbon with pierced carving.
The bed has a plaquetted labelled 'MAISON LALANDE, PARIS '.
The bed has been polished and comes with a newly fitted set of substantial bed slats, an upholstered base can be supplied if requested.
The bed stands on elegant walnut feet.
The bed can either accommodate a standard kingsize mattress 1500 mm wide, within the side rails or superking size mattress 1600 mm wide, on top of the side rails.
